RUNNING CLOCK OPERATOR OF GEOMAGNETIC SENSOR AND METHOD THEREOF

A driving clock generating device of a geomagnetic sensor and a method thereof are provided to make a circuit simple by enabling a user to choose the combination of switches through a switch unit having plural switches, even though the frequency of input clock is changed. A driving clock generating device(200) of a geomagnetic sensor is composed of a switching unit(210) having plural switches and outputting an address signal by combining plural switches in order to divide the input clock applied from the outside; a division ratio selection unit(220) connected with the switching unit and provided with a lookup table storing a division ratio for dividing the input clock, to select and output the division ratio of the lookup table corresponding to the address signal; and a driving clock generating unit connected with the division ratio selection unit, to generate constant driving clock by dividing the input clock applied from the outside, according to the division ratio chosen by the division ratio selection unit.
