An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) protection sheet of a portable terminal and a fabrication method thereof are provided to easily attach a protection sheet to the inside of an upper case of a portable terminal by using a grip formed by a third perforated line when separating the protection sheet from a paper. An attachment sheet(11) is formed in a shape of a band along an edge portion of a sheet body(10). A transmissive part(12) is openly formed at an inner upper portion of the attachment sheet. A grip part(14) is formed at one side of the transmissive part and a release paper(13) is attached to a lower surface thereof. A worker can easily attach the attachment sheet of the sheet body to the inside of an upper case of a portable terminal by using the grip part. A both-sided tape(15) is adhered to a lower surface of the attachment sheet.
