A knee air bag module for a vehicle is provided to allow an air bag cushion to be easily deployed by preventing interference between the air bag cushion and a shroud. A knee air bag module for a vehicle includes an air bag housing arranged beneath a dash panel; an air bag cushion(50) accommodated in the air bag housing to be deployed toward the knees of a driver upon occurrence of a vehicle crash; and an inflator for supplying high pressure gas to the air bag cushion. The air bag cushion includes a charged chamber(50a) filled with high pressure gas; and a non-charged chamber(50b) blocked from the charged chamber with no gas. The non-charged chamber is arranged on an upper center of the air bag cushion such that interference between the air bag cushion and a shroud is prevented during deployment of the air bag cushion.
