摘要 An ultrasonic toothbrush control system is provided to automatically control frequency of an electric signal in order to generate optimal ultrasonic vibration from an ultrasonic vibration generating unit. In an ultrasonic toothbrush comprising an ultrasonic vibration generating unit(10) and an ultrasonic vibration control unit(20), the ultrasonic toothbrush control system is composed of a battery(21) supplying power to the ultrasonic vibration control unit; a clock generating unit(22) generating a clock signal for synchronizing operations of the ultrasonic vibration control unit for each component; a CPU(Central Processing Unit)(23) checking the voltage state of the battery and calculating frequency, phase, and magnitude information; a frequency varying unit(24) generating a sine wave-type signal by receiving the frequency, phase, and magnitude information from the CPU; an amplifying unit(25) amplifying and converting the sine wave-type signal into a duty-type signal; a boosting unit(26) boosting the duty-type signal; an overcurrent detecting unit(27) detecting a current value of the signal passing through the boosting unit; an inductor(28) matching the boosted signal to resonant frequency for the ultrasonic vibration generating unit; and a phase detecting unit(29) detecting a phase value of the signal matching through the inductor. If the detected current value is overcurrent, the overcurrent detecting unit prevents amplification of the current by controlling the amplifying unit and sends the current value to the CPU. The CPU receiving the current value from the overcurrent detecting unit sweeps frequency by controlling the frequency varying unit.
