PLASTICIZER COMPOSITION AND VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

A plasticizer composition is provided to obtain an eco-friendly polyvinyl chloride resin composition realizing excellent physical properties, such as heating loss, hardness, flow resistance, elongation and tensile strength, when used in gaskets. A plasticizer composition comprises a polymer containing repeating units represented by the following chemical formula 1 and repeating units represented by the following chemical formula 2. In chemical formulae 1 and 2, each of R3 and R5 independently represents -(CH2)p-(p is an integer of 1-12), wherein at least one hydrogen atom of the methylene groups is substituted with a C1-C8 linear or branched alkyl group; R4 and R6 are different from each other and each represents -(CH2)q-(q is an integer of 1-18), wherein at least one of hydrogen atom in the methylene groups is substituted with a C1-C8 linear or branched alkyl group, or at least one methylene group is substituted with -O-. The polymer is end-capped with a group represented by the chemical formula of R7-O-, R8-(CO)-O-R4-O-, R8-(CO)-O-R6-O-, R8-(CO)-, R7-(CO)-R3-(CO)-O- or R7-CO-R5-(CO)-O-, wherein each of R7 and R8 independently represents a C1-C18 linear or branched alkyl. The polymer has a molecular weight of 500-10000. In the polymer, R7 or R8 is present in an amount of 5-20 mol%, R3 and R5 are present in an amount of 10-80 mol% and R4 and R6 are present in an amount of 10-80 mol% based on the total weight of the polymer.
