摘要 A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display device is provided to maximize the light emitting efficiency of the display device by forming anode electrodes in RGB pixel regions with different thicknesses each other. A buffer layer(102) is formed on a transparent insulation substrate(101). Semiconductor layers for RGB unit pixels are formed on the buffer layer. The semiconductor layer includes source/drain regions(103a,103b). Gate electrodes(104) for the respective unit pixels are formed on a gate insulation film(105). Source/drain electrodes(107a,107b) of the respective unit pixels are formed on an interlayer dielectric(106). A planarization film(108) is formed on the source/drain electrodes. A predetermined region of the planarization film is etched such that a via-hole is formed to expose the source/drain electrodes.
