An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance an operation efficiency of the display device by forming a low-resistive electrode made of Ag-alloy on a reflective electrode layer. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a first electrode(110), an organic film layer(120), and a second electrode(130). The first electrode includes a lower electrode layer(111), a reflective electrode layer(112), and an upper electrode layer(113). The lower electrode layer is made of a Mo-alloy and formed on the substrate. The reflective electrode layer is made of an Ag or an Ag-alloy. The upper electrode layer is a transparent conductive oxide film. The organic film layer includes an organic light emitting layer, which is formed on the first electrode layer. The second electrode is formed on the organic film layer. The Ag-alloy contains Sm of 0.1-0.3 atom%, Au of 0.1-0.4 atom%, Tb of 0.1-0.5 atom%, and Cu of 0.4-1.0 atom%. |
