FIELD: military armored equipment, applicable for protection of the sight lens or protective glass from bullets and foreign objects. ^ SUBSTANCE: the sight cover drive provides for turning of the cover about the axle installed on the armour protection of the sight head. The cover is made of two flaps hinge-fastened on the armoire protection. The drive consists of a handle located in a tube for its displacement along the latter and joint turning of it and coupled to a rope fastened on one of the flaps. A sector engageable with a catch is made on the tube. The rope fastened in the sector groove and on the other flap is laid in the sector annular groove. ^ EFFECT: enhanced convenience in use of the sight cover. ^ 1 dwg
