A focusing device of a camera module is provided to realize focusing control regardless of pixel numbers of an image sensor, improve automation capacity of focusing control evaluation of a high pixel camera module, and realize reliable focusing work in a small space. A focusing device of a camera module includes a lower frame(20) with a mounting jig to which a camera module is mounted, a vertical frame(30) fixed to the lower frame perpendicularly, and a moving element(40) coupled with the vertical frame to move with respect to the vertical frame in the vertical direction. The moving element has a light box(41) with a light source radiation element, a chart frame(42) mounted at a lower part of the light box and having a focusing chart inside, a hollow housing(43) coupled at a lower part of the chart frame, and an adapt lens mounted in the housing. The adapt lens is formed of a lens housing movable in the vertical direction with a predetermined distance from the focusing chart, and a plurality of lens groups mounted in the lens housing. A concave lens is mounted at the uppermost position in the lens housing, and a convex lens is mounted at the lowermost position in the lens housing.
