A gamma reference voltage generating circuit, and a gamma voltage generating apparatus and a display device having the same are provided to prevent deterioration of display characteristic by reducing deviation of a kickback voltage in a white grayscale side. A gamma reference voltage generating circuit includes first and second resistance strings(110,120), and first and second temperature compensation units(130,140). The first and second resistance strings output first and second polarity gamma reference voltages, respectively. The first temperature compensation unit is electrically connected to a first source voltage and the first resistance string, and has a resistance value which is increased according to the increase of temperature. The second temperature compensation unit is electrically connected to a second source voltage lower than the first source voltage and the second resistance string, and has a resistance value which is decreased according to the increase of temperature.
