METHOD FOR DETECTING PENETRATING CAPACITY OF ESOPHAGEAL TISSUES

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation should be applied as the basis for carrying out local therapy in case of different esophageal diseases. The innovation deals with applying luminescent preparation upon a tissue followed by washing, freezing and preparing sections of about 5-10 mcm thickness with subsequent studying with the help of luminescent microscope. Moreover, due to fibroesophagoscopy one should apply about 5-7 ml 10%-sodium fluorescein solution upon esophageal mucosa to carry out target biopsy of esophageal tissues in 5, 10 and 15 min. The present innovation provides the method to study penetrating capacity of esophageal tissues with the help of luminescent microscope for detecting optimal consistence and concentration of medicinal preparations in case of local esophageal therapy. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detection. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex
