FIELD: chemico-pharmaceutical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the creating preparation for treating diabetes mellitus with homeopathic medicinal preparation that contains metabolites of glucokinase reaction, in antilogarithmic form obtained due to combining successive multiple dilution and shaking according to homeopathic technique; as a metabolite of glucokinase reaction it is necessary to apply glucoso-6-phosphate, ADP, homeopathic mixture of glucoso-6-phosphate and ADP taken in equal ratios of different homeopathic dilutions. The method for treating pathological syndrome in patients deals with introducing pharmaceutical compositions of metabolites that affect the main element of glucososensor mechanism - the enzyme glucokinase - in low or super low efficient quantities and in antilogarithmic form obtained due to combining successive multiple dilution and shaking according to homeopathic technique. Homeopathic medicinal preparation of metabolic action inhibits the chance for the development of unfavorable side effects observed during the intake of sugar-reducing medicinal preparations (hypoglycemia, exhaustion of pancreatic reserves, the blockade of cardioprotector mechanism, lactate-acidosis, pruritus, retinal angiopathy and that of inferior limbs). ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 cl, 2 ex |
