FIELD: mining and building industry branches, namely methods for processing initial loose masses, possibly at extraction of minerals, at producing building materials of any designation, at processing industrial dumps and catch basins, at production of turf and sapropel. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of complex processing of initial loose masses comprises steps of separately measuring volume of each ground and non-ground fraction, metering it and discharging excess materials into separate receptacles during process of feeding ground fractions, over-grate fraction of last screening stage and under-grate fraction of previous screening stage; at feeding rough concentrate for repurifying, monitoring its humidity; drying it till predetermined humidity value; then metering and discharging excess volume to receptacle while controlling content of useful component in light fraction; according to result of said control, feeding light fraction for repurifying or for pressing and before pressing of tails of repurifying process, tails of non-ground material and light fraction separation, - controlling their humidity, drying them till predetermined humidity value, then metering and discharging excess materials to receptacles. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of processing initial loose masses and improved extraction degree of valuable components, enhanced quality of each final product, possibility for realizing continuous processing process. ^ 21 cl, 1 dwg |
