Heat-resistant tableware radiating far infrared rays is provided to improve taste and preservation of foods cooked by the far infrared rays radiated from carbon powder added into the tableware. Heat-resistant tableware radiating far infrared rays includes a bottom plate(1), a buffer material(2), a coating layer(3), and a heat-resistant binder(4). The buffer material is inserted between the bottom plate and the coating layer to accommodate or attenuate expansion of the bottom plate. The buffer material is made of one material selected from glass fibers, basalt fibers, and carbon fibers. The heat-resistant binder is interposed between an upper part of the buffer material and a lower part of the coating layer to deposit the buffer material and the coating layer. The heat-resistant binder is a carbon heat-resistant binder.
