<p>A method and an apparatus for producing a Fe-Al composite deoxidizing material for molten steel are provided to improve the quality of the Fe-Al composite deoxidizing material and automate the production process by controlling the content of Fe contained in a composition for the Fe-Al composite deoxidizing material, thereby increasing the density of an aluminum-based deoxidizing material with a low specific gravity. An apparatus for producing a Fe-Al composite deoxidizing material for molten steel comprises: a gas furnace(1) for melting aluminum; a flux machine(2) for removing hydrogen gas, inclusions, and so on by adding nitrogen gas and chemicals into molten aluminum melt; a runner(3) coated with ceramics to move the aluminum melt molten in the gas furnace; a nozzle(4) for discharging aluminum melt moving along the runner; a lower mold conveyor(5) on which a mold for injecting the melt discharged from the nozzle is mounted; and an upper conveyor(6) for transferring and dropping iron scrap to charge the iron scrap into the melt charged into the mold.</p> |
