ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, DIELECTRIC MAGNETIC COMPOSITE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An electronic component, a dielectric magnetic composite and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to realize the miniaturization and large capacity of a capacitor by having high temperature load lifetime and capacity temperature characteristics while maintaining a specific permittivity and a CR product even when thinning a dielectric layer of the capacitor. A method for manufacturing a dielectric magnetic composite includes the steps of: obtaining dielectric magnetic composite powder by mixing a main component material including barium titanate and first to sixth subcomponent materials; and obtaining the dielectric magnetic composite by sintering the dielectric magnetic composite powder. A material having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.3 um is used as the main component material. An average particle diameter of a dielectric particle included in the dielectric magnetic composite after sintering is between 1.5 times and 2.0 times of the average particle diameter of the main component material.
