The present invention describes a digital volumetric device for measuring the water volume and flow, which is characterised in that it comprises a corrugated high-density polyethylene outer pipe, which inner portion is longitudinally traveled by a kind of funnel; a mechanism for measuring the water level, which includes a rotating propel including a magnet located on a blade thereof, the propel being fixed to a steel structure comprising a base with an axis or steel axle, this latter element comprising a support located on the remaining edge portion thereof for supporting a small pipe where a magnetic sensor is located therein; an electronic board useful for decoding the information sent by the magnetic sensor which is adhered to the propel, the board comprising an electric microcontroller for processing and storing data sent by the propel; and a control box located at the outer upper portion of the outer polyethylene pipe, where the board is located.
