FIELD: the proposed mode and the arrangement may be used for detection of living people and their remains in obstructions, shelters, under the snow, and also for remote definition without any contact of the frequency of breathing and the frequency of heart's systoles in medical establishments. ^ SUBSTANCE: the technical result means expansion of functional possibilities and improvement of operating characteristics due to additional usage of Doppler frequency of a reflected signal appearing at displacements, breathing and heart activity of the living beings present in obstructions.
