An equipment for heat treatment of a shaft by a high frequency induction heating method is provided to simplify the process by making it possible to perform partial high frequency heat treatment of the shaft continuously, improve the production efficiency by increasing the working speed, and increase product accuracy by disposing the shaft horizontally, thereby reducing the deformation of the shaft in a length direction of the shaft. An equipment for heat treatment of a shaft by a high frequency induction heating method comprises: a main frame member(100); a product rotating member(10) which is installed on an upper part of the main frame member, and includes a pair of first roller parts(11) and a pair of second roller parts(13); a drive member installed on the main frame member to rotate the first and second roller parts in one direction; an automatic product feeding member(30) disposed at one side of the first roller parts to sequentially feed products to a space between the first roller parts; a product transfer member including a pair of pulley parts, a drive means, a chain par, and at least two transfer projections; a high frequency induction heating member(50) including a body part(51), a high frequency coil part(53), a coil cooling part, and a plurality of shaft cooling parts; first to third proximity switches(60,70,80) respectively installed at one side of the chain part to generate a high frequency current in the high frequency coil part, release the high frequency current generated in the high frequency coil part, and allow the automatic product feeding member to feed the products by sensing approach of the transfer projections; and a product collecting member(90) installed at one side of the second roller parts to collect high frequency heated products. |
