FIELD: tube production processes and equipment, lines for finishing tubes. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes frame in guides of which carriage having motion drive is mounted. Said carriage carries cleaning tools to inner surface of tube. In order to enhance quality of cleaning tube inner surface and to improve efficiency of process, apparatus is provided with cutting tool for working tube ends. Said tool includes its rotation drive unit and two-arm lever jointly mounted in carriage. In one arm of said lever cleaning and cutting tools with their rotation drive units are mounted. Other arm of lever is provided with two stops, spring designed for balancing mass of said tools and joined with carriage and it is joined with unit for forcing said tools to tube. Said unit includes tie rod mounted in stops of lever, two springs with nuts for adjusting effort and hydraulic cylinder whose rod is jointly coupled with tie rod and whose body is joined with frame of carriage. Said two springs with nuts are arranged in tie rod and they engage with stops of lever. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of cleaning tube ends, improved efficiency of process. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex |
