An apparatus for sharing a transmission line of a base station is provided to reduce the cost in installing a wired transmission line between the base station and a control station by installing a base station transmission line sharing system at both ends of the transmission line for forming multiple communication channels via the transmission line. An apparatus for sharing a transmission line of a base station comprises the first wired interface unit(210), the second wired interface unit(250), a transceiver(230), a driver(240) and a signal processor(220). The first wired interface unit is connected to a single wired transmission line between a base station side sharing system(200) and a control station side sharing system. The second wired interface unit is connected to a transmission line for each channel connected to a base station or the control station. The transceiver transmits or receives signal data via the first wired interface unit and the second wired interface unit. The driver, connected to the transceiver, transfers the received signal data to a module, and transmits the signal data, generated at the module, to an external system. The signal processor generates multiplexed data in case that voice data and signal information data for each channel is transferred from a connected transmission line, and branches data into each original channel in case that multiplexed data is transferred from a connected transmission line.
