LOESS FACE MASK PACK, LOESS SHEET MATERIAL THEREFOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A loess face mask pack, a loess sheet material therefor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve health and beauty of face, maximize efficacy of loess, and enhance portability of the loess pack. The method for manufacturing the loess face mask pack comprises the steps of: passing a textile for loess face mask pack through a vessel(2) containing loess kneading prepared by mixing loess powder and binder for 2-5 seconds to adsorb the loess kneading to the textile; passing the loess kneading adsorbed textile between a pair of dipping rubber rollers(3) pressurized by 1-3 kg/cm to squeeze liquid and strongly permeate loess into the textile; drying the dipping rubber roller-passed textile in a dryer(4) at 120-200 deg.C for 30 seconds to 2 minutes; and ironing the dried textile with a can dryer(5) at 150-300 deg.C.
