A method and apparatus for monitoring oil oxidation in real-time by measuring fluorescence is provided to measure the oil oxidation in real-time by being loaded on the target machine to be measured. A method for monitoring oil oxidation in real-time by measuring fluorescence includes the steps of irradiating ultraviolet rays on oil, measuring the intensity of fluorescent light of wavelength area of red, green, and blue discharged from the oil, deciding the value measured in the relatively long wavelength area and the value measures in the short wavelength area among the measured intensity of fluorescent light of wavelength area of red, green, and blue, outputting the ratio of discharged fluorescent light as a ratio of the measured value of the long wavelength area to the measured value of the short wavelength, and monitoring the change of the ratio according to the time of using the oil.
