A newly structured welding jig that can easily perform welding of metal plates on electrode terminals of the batteries when manufacturing a core pack in which cylindrical batteries are used as unit batteries, and a welding jig using common metal plates that can manufacture core packs with various structures are provided. A jig(500) comprises: first and second molds(600.601) of which one sides are rotatably connected to each other; and upper and lower covers(700,800) of which one sides are rotatably connected to upper and lower portions of the first mold(600). The first and second molds are connected to each other by means of a hinge, and the upper and lower covers are also connected to the first mold by means of hinges. The first and second molds have series of semi-cylindrical inner surfaces(610,611) formed on inner surfaces thereof correspondingly to outer surfaces of cylindrical batteries, and the molds are united with each other to form a cylindrical inner surface structure. The upper and lower covers having mounting grooves(710,810) carved in inner surfaces thereof such that metal plates to be welded to electrode terminals of respective batteries are provisionally mounted on the mounting grooves, and the upper and lower covers have through grooves for welding punched at positions thereof corresponding to the electrode terminals of the batteries.
