<p>An integrated control system of a heat pump type cooling and heating apparatus is provided to cool or heat each guest room according to the temperature of the guest room without exceeding a power consumption limit through peak power control, thereby improving the power use efficiency and reducing cost for cooling and heating. A heat pump type cooling and heating apparatus has a plurality of outdoor units(40) and a plurality of indoor units(60) connected with one outdoor unit for performing cooling and heating, and transmits indoor temperature data and indoor unit driving amount data to the outside. A peak power control unit(20) receives information on the current power consumption of the apparatus through a watt hour meter(10), decides the outdoor unit to be controlled according to a power consumption limit, and transmits a control signal to the decided outdoor unit. A power box(70) distributes main power inputted through the watt hour meter to each outdoor unit, and measures power consumption of each outdoor unit to the outside. A central control unit receives information on the total consumption of main power of the apparatus and the power consumption by the outdoor units through the peak power control unit and the power box, manages peak power consumption of the apparatus by transmitting data of the power consumption limit and control items, and calculates charges by the indoor units based on the power consumption by the outdoor units and indoor unit driving amount data and provides the calculated charges to a manager.</p> |
