METHOD OF MESSAGE TRANSMISSION VIA SIGNALLING CHANNEL, AND CONTROL APPARATUS THEREOF

A method for transmitting a message via a signaling channel and a controlling apparatus thereof are provided to reduce an initial setup time in setting a video call channel by transmitting a signaling message needed in the initial setup time and if the transmission is failed, retransmitting the signaling message. A method for transmitting a message via a signaling channel comprises the following several steps. A message is transmitted(S810). It is checked whether a response message to the transmitted message is received, and whether the transmission of the message is failed(S820). If the transmission of the message is failed, the message whose transmission is failed is connected to the next message and is retransmitted when the next message is transmitted(S830). If the transmission of the message is not failed, only the next message is transmitted(S840).
