DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING NAK MESSAGE OCCURRENCE DURING THE OPTION NEGOTIATION PROCEDURE

A data communication system for preventing generation of an NAK(Negative Acknowledge) message during an option negotiation procedure is provided to perform rapid PPP(Point to Point Protocol) connection by reducing NAC messages and configure-request messages. A data communication system for preventing generation of an NAK message during an option negotiation procedure includes an information storage unit(110), a PDSN(Packet Data Serving Node) judging unit(120), and a PPP connection processor(130). The information storage unit(110) stores corresponding PDSN information and option negotiation information with respect to an option negotiation process in a PPP connection procedure. The PDSN judging unit(120) judges whether a corresponding re-connected PDSN is identical with a previously connected PDSN by referring the PDSN information. The PPP connection processor(130) applies the option negotiation information stored in the information storage unit(110) to try a PPP connection.
