摘要 A surface plasmon resonance biological sensor system using a reconfigurable optical element is provided to generate a surface plasmon resonance phenomenon among incident lights by focusing the incident light on a sample without mechanically moving a light source. A surface plasmon resonance biological sensor system using a reconfigurable optical element includes a prism(2), a substrate(4), a metal thin film(6), a light source(8), a variable optical device(10), a light receiving unit(12), and a control unit(14). The substrate is formed on a top of the prism. The light source emits an input light incident to the metal thin film. The variable optical device is provided between the light source and the prism to focus the incident light on a surface of the sample. The light receiving unit detects the light changed by the surface plasmon resonance phenomenon for the incident light by being prepared at a bottom side of the substrate. The control unit is connected to one side of the variable optical device and the light receiving unit.
