A display device is provided to memorize displacement information for withdrawn states or viewing angle control states of a display part for driving a driving unit according to the memorized displacement information, thereby improving the user's convenience. A display device includes a display part, a memory part(300), a hinge assembly(150) fixed to the display part and having at least a hinge element for controlling a viewing angle of the display part, and at least a driving part for rotating the hinge part. A controller(200) has a driving control part(210) for controlling the driving part according to a driving command, and a displacement information processing part(220) for obtaining displacement information of the driving part as the driving part is controlled by the driving control part, having the displacement information processing part which stores the displacement information in the memory part. The driving control part controls the driving part with reference to the stored displacement information.
