A storing device for pre-reading data in response to the recognition of a host access stream is provided to offer a high data throughput necessary for storing/searching multiple AV data streams in real time without interrupts of recognizable degree and acquire a sufficiently high data throughput from a disc drive although a noise and the limit of thermal management or data maintenance are generated. A head reads data stored in LBAs(Logical Block Addresses) of a data storing medium. A data fetch buffer(410) stores the data. A controller(400) reads the data from the LBAs of the data storing medium identified by LBA access sequence information of a data storing device accessed by a host device through the head, and stores the read data in the data fetch buffer(410). The controller(400) is guided by the data of the LBA of the data storing medium identified by the LBA access sequence information. The controller(400) responds to a read command from the host device which is read to the data fetch buffer(410) by communicating data associated with the read command from the data fetch buffer(410) to the host device.
