A vertical type mixed microorganism fermentor is provided to allow proceeding production of media, and inoculation, mixing, and fermenting of microorganisms in one chamber and having good properties for mixing and crushing solid or semi-solid media. A vertical type mixed microorganism fermentor includes: a chamber(10); a jacket(21) attached to the exterior wall of the chamber(10); a hollow type driving axis(31) piercing the upper part of the chamber(10); an external blade(40) established on the inside of the chamber(10), which includes a connection part, a supporting part, and more than 2 rotation wings(43); an inner driving axis(32) arranged in the hollow of the hollow type driving axis(31); an inner blade(50) including a rotation axis(51) and a paddle(52) projected in the radial direction from the rotation axis(51); an oxygen supplying part(60); and a moisture discharging outlet(71).
