An apparatus for separating a protective film from a printed circuit board is provided to separate the protective film easily by fixing the PCB(Printed Circuit Board) on a picker and moving a suck-in separator to a downward direction. An apparatus for separating a protective film from a printed circuit board includes a suck-in separator(110), a board fixing unit(150), and a transfer unit(170). Protective films are attached to both surfaces of the PCB. A suck-in bar is attached to a terminal protective film(105). The suck-in separator separates a predetermined portion of the protective film from the PCB. The board fixing unit is arranged at one side of the suck-in separator and includes a picker(152), which holds the separated portion from the PCB at both ends thereof. The board fixing unit fixes the PCB at a predetermined height from ground. The transfer units are arranged at both sides of the board fixing unit and connected to the suck-in separator. The transfer unit delivers the suck-in separator to a down direction such that the protective film is completely separated fro the PCB. Then, the transfer unit delivers the suck-in separator to an original position.
