The production of an aluminum raffinate using a three-layer oven for electrolytic refinement (3), which comprises a cathode (1) and an anode (2), comprises flowing a direct current (I) from the anode in the direction of the cathode during the supplying of an aluminum raw material to an anodic parent alloy melting layer, and depositing the aluminum raffinate in an aluminum raffinate layer (B1). The electrolytic refinement forms the aluminum raffinate, a refining electrolysis bath layer (B2) and the melting layer between the cathode and the anode. The cathode comprises a graphite material having an iron content of 0.15 wt.% or less and a pore area ratio of 20% or less. The direct current flows with a density of 3-4 A/cm2> per unit area of the cathode. The layers are present in molten state at a temperature of 750-800 [deg]C.
