APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

An apparatus for inspecting an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to reduce the fabrication cost and achieve user convenience by using air supplied from an air supply unit provided in an LCD panel inspecting system when pressing a driver circuit and a test signal applying unit. An LCD panel(140) is received in a body(110). A signal applying unit(120) contacts a driver circuit(146) of the LCD panel to apply an inspection signal to the driver circuit. A gas spray unit(130) is provided over a contact region between the driver circuit and the signal applying unit. The gas spray unit sprays a gas with a predetermined pressure in response to manipulation of a user to press the contact region between the driver circuit and the signal applying unit. The air spray unit is connected to an air supply unit provided in an LCD inspecting system to spray air supplied from the air supply unit.
