A switching circuit, a switching converter, and an electronic device are provided to improve the converting efficiency when converting a switch by controlling each switch according to load current, input voltage, and output voltage. A switching circuit includes a first coil, a first switch(11a), a second switch(12a), a second coil, a first switch(11b), and a second switch(12b). The first coil is connected with an output terminal. The first switch(11a) switches power output through the first coil. The second switch(12a) performs rectification by being switched on alternatively with the first switch(11a). The second coil is serially connected with the first coil. The first switch(11b) switches power output through the first and second coils. The second switch(12b) performs rectification by being switched on alternatively with the first switch(11b).
