A wheel equipped with a light emitting device is provided to improve the convenience of a user and save cost by easily removing the light emitting device when the light emitting device is not used. A wheel equipped with a light emitting device comprises a circular aluminum wheel(1). A groove is formed in the aluminum wheel(1) and the light emitting device is inserted into the groove. The light emitting device is fixed using screws. A lid equipped with a waterproof rubber packing is put on the groove to prevent the light emitting device from being damaged due to external influence and water. Light emitting bulb sections(7,7') that generate light under the control of the light emitting device are exclusively exposed.
