The hardening material is conformed in a mold, which comprising lower surface placed on the coating to be tested, and trough mark having a form of the traction block and an opening on the lower surface of the mold. #CMT# : #/CMT# The preparation of an adherence test for coating on a substrate with a traction block made of polymerizable and fusible hardening material (5) conformed in a mold (2), comprises filling a trough mark (3) with the hardening material through an opening of the mark on one side of the mold opening other than a lower surface of the mold. The hardening material is conformed in a mold, which comprising lower surface placed on the coating to be tested, and trough mark having a form of the traction block and an opening on the lower surface of the mold in contact with the coating to be tested. A space between lower surface of the mold and the coating to be tested is waterproof and tightly maintained using a material for making the mold, which is compatible with a shape of the substrate on which the coating to be tested is deposited, using a bulge of the mold material, which forms an excrescence along a perimeter of an opening of the trough mark on the lower surface of the mold and with a joint in a groove along the perimeter of the opening of the trough mark on the lower surface of the mold. The opening of the mold significantly corresponds to the upper surface of the traction block, which is corresponding to the trough mark, to an end of a pouring funnel opening in the trough mark, and to an end of an injection canal opening in the trough mark. An air contained in the trough mark is removed during the filling of trough mark with the hardening material using the funnel, which leads to a side of the mold other than the lower side. The trough marks are connected by canals to permit a passage of the hardening material between the trough marks during an operation of casting. The mold is withdrawn after hardening of hardenable material to liberate the traction block by acting on the mold capacity to be deformed. The traction blocks are liberated in two separable elements. The mold is destroyed to liberate the traction block after hardening of hardenable material. The mold is implemented by using a silicone resin. The trough marks comprise abutment gaps and inclined surfaces. A core with higher resistance to the hardening material is significantly inserted in an axis of the trough mark before or during the casting of hardening material.
