<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves forming a test piece having larger thickness than a final test piece by a fabrication process e.g. molding process. A part of a surface (c) of the test piece is formed by another fabrication process e.g. machining process, whose mechanical qualities are better than the former fabrication process in order to obtain a geometry suitable to a desired multiaxial solicitation, where the part includes a useful zone (10) having lesser thickness. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a test piece comprising a useful zone. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for forming a test piece on a tensile testing machine for measuring a mechanical fatigue property e.g. mechanical resistance, tensile, resilience and hardness properties, due to a multiaxial solicitation of a mechanical structure or an alloy fabricated in a given material (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method allows to form the test piece for measuring a mechanical fatigue property e.g. mechanical resistance property, due to the multiaxial solicitation of a mechanical structure in an improved and cost effective manner.
