An air purifying system is provided to purify and exhaust air while discharging or recycling treatment water, by treating air containing harmful gas or fine dust with anion shower sprayed through a nozzle in a mixing and adsorbing type. An upper frame(22) is installed at upper ends of pipes(10). A plurality of discharging pins(21) are formed on the upper frame to spray anion shower. A nozzle(30) is joined to a water supply pipe(31) below the upper frame. Electrified water is sprayed through the nozzle to purify air, which contains harmful gas and fine dust, through mixing and adsorbing. A joining bar(42) is joined to and supported by the pipes, and a fan(40) is installed at the joining bar below the nozzle. The fan is cleaned and ventilated by the water polluted with the harmful gas and the fine dust. Legs(17) and a water bucket(50) are supported by lower portions of the pipes. The purified air and the polluted water are discharged through a discharging port(52).
