A source voltage generator, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device having the same and a driving method thereof are provided to enhance display quality by implementing a luminance measuring unit for compensating luminance deviation between liquid crystal panels of a multi-screen LCD device. A source voltage generator includes a switching voltage generator(142), a voltage feedback unit(144), and a rectifying unit(146). The switching voltage generator boosts up a voltage(VCC) input from outside, in response to a feedback voltage and outputs a switching driving voltage(VSW). The voltage feedback unit receives the switching driving voltage, changes the switching driving voltage in response to a voltage change signal(VS) from outside, and outputs the changed switching driving voltage as the feedback voltage(VFB). The rectifying unit rectifies the switching driving voltage and outputs the rectified switching driving voltage as a source voltage(AVDD).
