An apparatus for driving an LCD panel is provided to perform a test process in a pad using a signal line selector without performing the test process in overall output pads. An apparatus for driving an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel includes a signal line selector(300). The signal line selector outputs an output signal of one of plural signal lines. The signal line selector includes a mode switching unit(310) and a selection unit(320). The mode switching unit selects a normal signal line or an inspection signal line using a mode signal. The selection unit selects one signal line of the signal lines of the inspection signal line using a selection signal. The mode switching unit includes a mode switch, which blocks the normal signal line using the mode signal.
