A line display module controlled by a shift register is provided to manufacture a display such as a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) regardless of its size by aligning line display modules in a planar shape and adding a polarizing layer thereto. A light emitting body provides a light. A light guide layer(110) is formed outside of the light emitting body and diffuses a light uniformly. A first polarizing layer(120) is formed outside the light guide layer and polarizes the light diffused by the light guide layer. A first electrode layer(130) is formed outside the first polarizing layer and includes a shift register line, a liquid crystal driver lines, and a power line that compose each pixel. A first alignment layer(140) is formed outside the first electrode layer and aligns liquid crystals. A liquid crystal layer(150) is formed outside the first alignment layer and controls a polarizing direction of the diffused light. A second alignment layer(160) is formed outside the liquid crystal layer and has a direction opposite to that of the first alignment layer. An auxiliary electrode layer(170) is formed outside the second alignment layer to drive the liquid crystals. |
