A vertical downward pipe structure exposing a lower portion of a slab of a dispenser box is provided to install a dispenser box supplying and dispensing cold and hot water, a square horizontal pipe, and a square dual pipe at a lower portion of the slab which is the bottom portion of a building. A vertical downward pipe structure exposing a lower portion of a slab of a dispenser box includes a dispenser box(10), square horizontal dual pipes(30a,30b), and a square vertical dual pipe. Cold and hot water distributing pipes installed at a lower portion of the slab are embedded in the dispenser box. The square horizontal dual pipes are connected to the cold and hot water distributing pipes and are exposed to a lower portion of the slab. Cold and hot water flexible pipes are embedded in the square horizontal dual pipe. The square vertical dual pipe has a dual pipe engaging member and a Y-shaped branch pipe.
