The hook-carriage has posts (1) on wheels and formed of stainless steel tubes (3) at nonangular external section. The posts are provided with square shaped hooks (7) and removable hitching modules (2) formed of a plate. The plate is arched in W shape and widened to form open external faces towards high and internal faces folded in a shape of a roof. The hooks have a conical male profile for engaging with conical holes carried by inserts, where the inserts and the hooks are arranged to permit stacking of the modules and the posts interlocked by rotation according to axis of the profile.
