The product has two parts (1, 2) separated by a median plane (4) and integrated with each other at the periphery so as to constitute a hermetic assembly with respect to a garnish that the product is intended to contain. Each of the part presents, directed outwards, a set of juxtaposed ripples (3), where projections of the ripples of one part on a plane are secant with the projections of the ripples of the other part on the same plane. The ripples present a varying height and are separated by synclines whose bases are at the same depth. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a culinary or alimentary preparation. |
