An anisotropic conductive film with selective optical transmittance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to restrain an error of a vision inspection process and to automate a pressing process easily by controlling transmissivity of an anisotropic conductive adhesion layer to transmit and reflect rays of an optical sensor, during the pressing process for electrically coupling lower and upper members to be connected. An anisotropic conductive film with selective optical transmittance has a single or multi-layered adhesion layer(100) having at least one anisotropic conductive adhesion layer and an insulating bonding layer. The light transmissivity of the anisotropic conductive adhesion layer of the ray for a wavelength of 650nm is 10~20%. The anisotropic conductive adhesion layer contains conductive particles of 10wt.% and a dispersing agent of 1wt.%.
