<p>Bituminous mastic comprises a bitumen based hydrocarbon binder, of which the ultra fines have a diameter less than 1 mu m and which represent at least 5% in fines mass, preferably at least 30 % in mass. Independent claims are included for: (a) a bituminous material comprising a bituminous mastic and the granules having diameter higher than 100 mm; (b) preparation of the bituminous material, comprising keeping a bitumen binder containing bitumen to a predetermined temperature, mixing the ultra fines of diameter 1 mm and optionally fines of diameter 100 mm, with the hydrocarbon binder, to obtain a bituminous mastic and optionally mixing the granules with bituminous mastic of diameter higher than 100 mm; or putting a bitumen binder containing bitumen at a predetermined temperature, mixing simultaneously the ultra fines of diameter 1 mm, the granules of diameter larger than 100 mm and optionally fines of diameter is 100 mm, with the bitumen binder containing bitumen; or putting a bituminous cement at a predetermined temperature, optionally, mixing a bitumen based bitumen binder with bituminous mastic, the binder being optionally kept at a predetermined temperature, and simultaneously or successively, mixing the granules of diameter higher than 100 mm, optionally ultrafines of diameter 1 mm and/or fines of diameter 100 mm with bituminous mastic; and (c) an element with laminated structure, comprising a many interdependent layers, one of the layers comprising the bituminous mastic.</p> |
