<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory controller and a flash memory system that stop processing for a flash memory when a source voltage supplied to the flash memory system drops below a predetermined voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The processing is stopped when the source voltage drops below the previously set first voltage and restarted when the source voltage exceeds a previously set second voltage. Further, if there is a period wherein the voltage drops below a previously set third voltage in the period from the stop of the processing to the restart of the processing, the stopped processing is not restarted, but ended even when the source voltage exceeds the second voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
