PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit that stabilizes an output signal even when a plurality of signals are collided with each other, regarding the output circuit for outputting a signal corresponding to an input signal from an output terminal. SOLUTION: The output circuit for outputting the signal corresponding to the input signal from the output terminal has a first amplifier circuit (112) for amplifying the input signal, a second amplifier circuit (113) for amplifying the input signal, a first transistor (114) switched corresponding to the output signal of the first amplifier circuit (112) so as to supply a current to the output terminal (Tout0) when turned on, a second transistor (115) switched corresponding to an output signal of the second amplifier circuit (113) so as to draw in a current from the output terminal (Tout0) when turned on, a first control circuit (116) for controlling an operation of the first amplifier circuit (112) corresponding to the input signal, and a second control circuit (117) for controlling an operation of the second amplifier circuit (113) corresponding to the input signal.
