PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional electrode structure for an ion treatment in which a problem regarding an inclusion of an electrode is solved. SOLUTION: An electrode to be used for devices such as an ion trap for example has usually an axial line extending in a central axis direction from a first axial direction end part to a second axial direction end part and has an internal surface. The internal surface has a uniform surface shape from the first axis direction end part to the second axis direction end part, or has a uniform surface shape at least in a uniform partial length alongside an axial direction. In the electrode, at least the uniform part length may include a narrow and long surface shape like an extended groove. An open mouth part is connected with the groove.
